Omega Effect Part 2 of 3. Continued from Avenging Spider-Man #6

After the events in Avenging Spider-Man, Frank and Rachel go back to one of Frank's safe-houses to gear up for a non-lethal assault on four of New York top Crime organizations. Meanwhile Daredevil and Spider-Man help a lady give birth on the Brooklyn bridge.

Once the group meets back together, Frank lays out his plan to hit the four organizations at once and have them all meet at Grand Central Station at 3AM, there Daredevil will destroy the Omega Drive with devise made by Spider-Man. The plan seems to be working, Frank and Spider-man hit Hydra and AIM. While Daredevil and Rachel hit the others, but when Rachel comes across a Exchange member Daredevil has to convince her not to murder him.

At 3AM at grand Central Station the crime organizations show up, but when Daredevil tries to destroy the drive, Rachel shots him in the back with rubber bullets and he falls while Frank and Spider-man are helpless to watch
